    Group Helps Lead Way in Latino Philanthropy

    The Destino 2000 fund can count on business and political leaders' aid, and it serves as a model for similar efforts. The 5-year-old fund represents the successful coming together of the county's Latino business and political leadership to promote philanthropy within and for their community.

  • 4 More Groups Given OK to Seek Donations from County Workers

    Los Angeles County supervisors Tuesday expanded the list of charities authorized to solicit millions of dollars in contributions from county employees to include Asian, Latino and women's groups.

Calling all volunteersCalling all volunteers!! ULF has open volunteer opportunites for our LAUSD Campaing. The campaign starts January 6, 2012. Volunteers are needed for packing campaign supplies, speaking events, accounting, and tabling presentations.
