info
Founded in 1990, the United Latino Fund is the nation’s largest independent Latino Fund. As such, ULF provides leadership in this specialized philanthropic sector by representing the interests and concerns of small Latino community based organizations to local and national foundations and grant making agencies.
ULF raises money primarily through workplace giving solicitations, including payroll deduction contributions of emoloyees in Los Angeles County, the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Los Angeles College District, Metropolitan Transportaion Authority, City of Los Angeles Water & Power, and Kaiser Permanente.
As a crucial step in the advancement of the Latino community, in 2012 ULF is dedicated to donate all money raised through the LAUSD Sharing Brings Hope campaign in the form of scholorships to Latino youth. More information on how to apply for these scholorships will be available on this website in the Spring of 2012.
Please visit our donate page for information on how you can contribute to ULF.
